Our Corporate Wellness program is designed for the professional who may not always have time to go to the gym after work. This program provides custom fitness and nutritional classes to fit into your lunch hour every week. Our classes will reduce stress, provide the latest nutritional information and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit to become more productive during your work day.
