Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle. It's ideal for focusing on chronic aches and pains. It will help to relieve contracted areas, such as a stiff neck, tense shoulders, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and tension headaches.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massages ease tension, relax muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism. The direct heat of the stones loosens muscles, allowing the therapist access to their deeper, tense layers.
