TENNIS 1                            Ages 6-8

Tennis lessons will cover all the basics: grip, forehands, serves, backhands, volleys, footwork and rules of the sport. Enjoyable games are mixed in with the drills and the beginning of match play. Great way to introduce children to a life time sport that is very social and can be played anywhere in the world. Children MUST provide their own racket.

 

TENNIS 2                            Ages 9-13

Tennis lessons for older children in grades 4-5. Will cover all the basics: grip, forehands, serves, backhands, volleys, footwork and rules of the sport. Fun games, drills and some match play. Great way to encourage children to take up a life time sport that is very social and can be played anywhere in the world. Children MUST provide their own racket.

 

TENNIS INTERMEDIATE      

Tennis lessons for fairly consistent players who know basic strokes, are working on the serve and are ready for competitive play. These players can use lobs, overheads, approach shots and volleys with some success. Encompasses strokes, strategy, serves, drills, skill-building tennis games and match play. A perfect class for socializing and finding future tennis partners.

           

SOCCER 1                           Ages 4-6

Your child will learn essential soccer skills: dribbling, passing and shooting in a fun environment. Great way to begin to improve gross motor skills, flexibility, cardiovascular capability and body composition. Teaches kids to begin to win as a team and builds self-confidence and comradery.

 

FLAG FOOTBALL  

Your children will learn basic football skills: catching, running, tossing the ball and defense in a fun environment. They’ll improve their agility, speed, strength, hand-eye coordination and overall cardiovascular endurance.  Teaches children how to build friendships amongst a team and to work for a common goal.

 

TEE BALL

Children learn essential Tee Ball skills: catching, throwing, and hitting in a fun environment. Tee Ball simplifies the game of baseball for children ages 4 to 8, helping them develop basic ball-game skills. A great way to learn the basics of baseball and how to be part of a team. Will help them develop a love of the game. 

 

SOCCER 2                           Ages 7-9

Your children will learn essential soccer skills: dribbling, passing, volleying and goal kicking in a fun environment. Great way to improve gross motor skills, flexibility, cardiovascular capability and body composition. Teaches kids to play offense and defense, win as a team and builds self-confidence.
