Performance training studio

 

The Performance Training Studio is a standalone area within our Wellness Center. It is designed and intended for individuals seeking performance training.  We cater to all ages with programs geared specifically towards, teens, young adults, adults, and athletic seniors. Train like an athlete in our turfed out studio supplied with Technogym SkillMill ®, TRX ® Suspension Trainer and Rip Trainer, Concept II rowing machines, Soft Plyo Boxes, and lifting racks.
