Our Pre-K & Toddler
Daycare Services
2010-2011 School Year
A New Jersey State licensed, childcare facility offering a
combination of exciting programs. |
Pre-K Program 3-5 years/Toddler Program 18 months- 3 years:
Full day child care program (7am - 6:30pm)
Or Morning Program (9am - noon)
Monday-Friday - Choose 3, 4 or 5 days per week.
As a part of the Meadowlands
Area YMCA Learning Center, this program allows your child to develop
socially and intellectually through hands-on activities including those
teaching fine and large motor skills, reading readiness, mathematics and
science, arts and crafts, dramatic play, free-choice learning centers, and
music and movement. All children will have access to an indoor and outdoor
play area and IBM computers in our NJ State Licensed Child Care facility.
Your pre-schooler will undoubtedly be ready for Kindergarten after learning
and exploring with the certified teachers and staff around him/her.

Before & after School Programs

children age 5-13 years old.
Flexible Schedules: choose 2-5 days and 4:30pm or 6:00pm pick-up.

The Meadowlands
Area YMCA, long noted for providing innovative childcare options, has a
variety of programs for parents seeking childcare for their school age
children. The School Age Child Care (SACC) is offered in a safe and
exciting environment. All SACC programs are licensed childcare sites by the
State of New Jersey, Department of Human Services.

FUN!
It’s important that
children have a safe and stimulating environment in which to spend their
vacation time. This is not always an easy situation to find. However, the
YMCA has the solution. The Meadowlands Area YMCA has made it their priority
to provide quality child care to those individuals who need it the most;
your children!
We offer a fun filled day of
activity to children in grades Kindergarten through Eighth in both large and
small group settings under the guidance of our well trained staff. Our
program has access to a park with play equipment, as well as a field where
we can hold organized games. We provide morning and afternoon snacks and
lots and lots of attention.
