Unfortunately it’s still the case that so many see body sculpting for women as a women’s muscle building program and as way of actually losing their femininity. Gaining weight on a woman’s muscle building program can occur, however the small amount of muscle gained, is normally dwarfed by the fat burning that occurs. When a woman begins developing her muscles two things will start to happen. For all its popularity, aerobic exercise has it disadvantages – in the course of an exercise class, fat burning does take place, but once the session is over, the rate at which calories are burnt, and metabolic rate, decrease rapidly.
