Preschool Sports Programs

Little Cleats                    Ages 2-4

Each class your child will play fun games to learn the very basics of soccer. They will also learn discipline, sharing and teamwork in a fun environment.

Tiny Tumblers                Ages 2-4

This class is for 2y - 4y designed for development of gymnastics skills (tumbling, beam, bars and trampoline), hand-eye coordination, body movement awareness and overall fitness. Through fun and interactive activities, children learn by achieving skills which fosters positive self-esteem and healthy living attitudes which is key during their formative preschool years. Taught by USA Gymnastics certified instructors.

ITSY BITSY SPORTS          Ages 3-5

Bat it! Kick it! Toss it! Children will be introduced to the fundamental concepts of sports and fitness as they build a foundation for an active lifestyle. Our goal is to strengthen their hand and eye coordination, and promote the development of the large motor skills. Your child will practice dribbling, shooting, kicking, passing, throwing, and batting. The earlier they become active the likelihood of them valuing physical movement as a necessity and not an option increases drastically. 


Youth Sports Programs


Knights, Ninjas, & Samurai                   AGES 5-9

Experience the Olympic sport of fencing!  Your Child will learn the essential fencing skills; footwork, coordination, blade work, and bouting in a fun environment.

Gymnastics                       Ages 5-8

This class is for 5y - 8y designed to introduce basic gymnastics skills including tumbling, balance beam, bars, and trampoline through proper progression. While having fun, children will learn new skills that focus on fitness,  strength and flexibility and at the same time improving confidence and expressive skills in social settings. Taught by USA Gymnastics certified instructors.
