Lose Big Challenge

Our most popular weight loss challenge of the year begins in January!

Teams are led by a Certified Personal Trainer to help you reduce body weight, body fat, and increase your overall strength, cardiovascular endurance, and health. Work side by side with your team for 8 weeks and commit to a new you in the new year. Build your team or choose from a pre-arranged team. The team that loses the most body weight percentage wins.

Throughout the challenge, teams will have:

• Weekly team workout (same day and time every week)
• Weekly weigh-in with your trainer
• Help with menu planning and diet tracking
• Inspiration and motivation from your trainer and team
• Team T-shirt’s in your team colors *while supplies last

Weigh-ins Begin: WED, JAN 1st 2020
Start Date: MON, JAN 6th 2020
Challenge Ends: SUN, MAR 1st 2020
Final weigh-ins no later than: SUN, MAR 8th 2020

$119 (members only)
