Due to COVID-19 the Meadowlands YMCA will not be hosting our Annual Gala.  However you can still support our coronavirus response and other work by attending or sponsoring our Golf Outing or by donating.

 

Thank you for all the support at our 99th Anniversary Gala - “Moments Make the Mission.” This year’s honorees, Joseph Sanzari, Craig Montanaro, Yan Moshe, and the Honorable Robert and Camille Guida, are all exemplary community leaders that have facilitated countless moments to improve the lives of those in our beloved Meadowlands area. Through their stewardship, the betterment of the community is continually advanced.

ABOUT THE ANNIVERSARY GALA 

Since its inception, the Anniversary Gala has raised more than $650,000 to support the Meadowlands YMCA's work to strengthen the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This year, proceeds from the event will directly support our community partner, the Meadowlands Family Success Center. 

MOMENTS MAKE THE MISSION

A mission is only as strong as the moments that move it forward.

Over the past 99 years, moments such as a child building confidence by learning to swim, seniors making new supportive friendships, and families receiving access to food, clothing, and resources empower our community to reach its full potential.

With your help, our mission is growing stronger and more expansive than ever; supporting the Meadowlands area to improve health, inspire youth, and build community ties.

MEADOWLANDS FAMILY SUCCESS CENTER

The Meadowlands Family Success Center (FSC) is a family-focused neighborhood gathering place for all Bergen County residents. FSC families receive free support, information and services that help reduce isolation and foster connections while strengthening individual and family ties through enrichment activities and social service projects, including Parenting Courses, Job Readiness, ESL classes, Food and Clothing Drives, the Fresh Produce Market, and much more.

Everyone can play! There is no requirement to attend the Gala or to be present for the drawing, which will take place at 9:30pm on November 21st.
