These virtual "group exercise" online classes will be presented on ZOOM.  ZOOM is a video conferencing program for the computer that will allow you to connect with the instructor and the other class members from their own homes. It works on computers, tablets, and smartphones almost automatically! Gatorade's Athlete Nutrition Assessment

Gatorade Sports Science Institute (GSSI) scientists study the effects of nutrition on the human body before, during and after exercise. For more than two decades, hundreds of amateur, elite and professional athletes have participated in testing with GSSI and in studies with university research partners around the world.
